Cameron Blanchard (WP Fall 2021) published an essay on young adults' indifference to China's growing military power, in the Future View section of the Wall Street Journal. 

 

Greg Miller (WP Spring 2020) was named a 2021 Truman Scholar, recognizing his work on affordable housing advocacy.

 

Meilin Scanish (WP Fall 2019) co-wrote a blog post with Ambassador Norman Eisen at Brookings on Hungary's decision to remove a statue of Imre Nagy from a prominent public square.

 

Sara Abdel-Rahim (WP Spring 2016) received a Fullbright Scholarship to research refugee camps in Greece. She published these articles on the microeconomies in the camps and educational integration.

Dina Yared (WP Fall 2015) landed a full-time position at the State Department in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and labor, Office of Western Hemispheric Affairs after interning in the same office. She is grateful to have participated in the Washington Program, saying "This opportunity would have been impossible to come by if I had not previously interned [t]here."
